Foodbuy Selects ReactorNet’s EPRO for New Customer Procure-to-Pay Portal
Foodbuy, LLC, the hospitality industry’s leading procurement services organization, chooses
ReactorNet as technology partner for eprocurement platform.
San Antonio, TX – October
26, 2016 – ReactorNet,
a premier provider of cloud-based collaborative spend management solutions for
medium- to large-sized companies, today announced that Foodbuy, LLC, a wholly owned subsidiary of
Compass Group North America, has selected ReactorNet’s EPRO to power a new
customer eprocurement portal to support their clients across multiple verticals
including Hospitality, Healthcare and Education. EPRO is an award-winning Procure-to-Pay
platform allowing buyers to directly collaborate with suppliers to gain control
of spending while maximizing purchasing power.
“We are very excited
to have been selected by Foodbuy to assist them with this new offering,” said Anthony
Kylitis, Vice President of Marketing at ReactorNet. “Working directly with a
procurement service organization like Foodbuy is a unique opportunity for us
and we look forward to working with them to deliver all of the benefits of
eprocurement to their customers.”
The new solution, called Concierge OneSource, will initially
be offered in conjunction with the Concierge by Foodbuy procurement service, a
platform designed to allow hotel management companies to lower costs while
focusing on guests. Concierge OneSource will
provide Foodbuy’s customers with a comprehensive procure-to-pay solution that
includes all of the mainstays of eprocurement, including order management,
accounts payable automation, budgeting analysis, and reporting. What is truly unique, according to Foodbuy,
is that Concierge OneSource will not be a one-size-fits-all solution, something
that speaks to the flexibility and transparency of Foodbuy’s programs. Each customer can be set up and configured
according to their own company’s policies and procedures with a high degree of
visibility into the products and pricing they have selected.
“We are very excited to be working with ReactorNet to put
this new offering in place,” said Ross Kellman, President of Foodbuy, LLC.
“Their experience in the hospitality space and their willingness to work with
us on developing a highly customized solution were the two main factors
considered in choosing a technology partner for this endeavor. We see Concierge OneSource as a truly unique
offering for our industry and our supply chain partner. We look forward to continuing
to lead our industry through innovative solutions that support the ever
changing demands of our existing and future customers.”
Concierge OneSource has already experienced tremendous
success as several major hotel management companies are in the process of
coming onboard. Two of these companies
are TPG Hotels and Resorts, a management company with over 50 hotels and
growing, and Raleigh-based Concord Hospitality, a company with over 100 hotels
in the U.S. and Canada. With this early success, ReactorNet has continued its
tradition of being a hands-on company, assisting in each implementation, from
configuration and setup of accounts through end-user training and support.
